No one is sure if this city really exists, unless, maybe, the most heinous criminals. According to the rumours, this city is hidden beneath the desert surface north of Talmacardi and surrounded by dangerous sands, called Kashtarr Sands. For those who believe in those rumours, the city has the following features:
- The city can only be found through the Thieves City Quest.
- The city is shielded by magic. It means that Arcane Vision effect does not work when having as target the city or the storage of a resident alchemist.
- The residents does not appear in newspaper news, unless in some exceptional case.
- Residents cannot rob each others.
- Criminal services cost 35% less
