This vial can't be purchased at the supplier. There are several ways to get this vial: 1) Can be given by admins or moderators, as reward for something extraordinary, such as the winning of the Best Recipe Contest that occasionally happens during the Kingdom Fest. 2) You can get it as reward at the arena. 3) You can buy it at the premium shop, paying with alquigems. This rare vial has a peculiar power: the alchemist who serves his/her potions in this vial will get the maximum approval (5 stars) from customers, regardless of its content.
