The vials are divided in 3 basic types: Glass, Crystal and Diamond. Every vial in game belongs to one of these groups. The vials are used to create potions, having a considerable impact on the customer's approval because of their tendency to prefere the vials that are more suitable for their class. The vials are also a requirement for the castle errands.
