Vials Making Quest

This quest is necessary to unlock the molds that enable players to create vials at the supplier of their city. You will need to meet the Blooxo, at the Lemon Boom Den (the tavern of Doreia).
Normally he's never at the tavern, because he is old and tired, but he will decide to meet you if you fulfill these requirements:
- Know all the basic druidic ingredients.
- Know the relative recipes with 100.0% of precision.
He will ask you to bring him 10 units of Wise Rock, then he will reveal the position of Galadria.
