Cocktails are drinks that can be bought in the taverns of the empire. They can be drunk from the storage, like elixirs, but have no use in game. Cocktails are the only potions that have the refreshing effect.
An exception
The War brew cocktail, which can be bought in Vortz, has the enhance fighting effect and can be assigned to your helpers.
